摘要:

煤炭行业的持续稳定发展,离不开一支优秀的技能人才队伍。而在技能人才队伍中,以高技能人才最为重要。高技能人才的分析和预测是煤炭企业实施和制定人才资源开发战略的重要前提,也是提高人才培训效益的有效途径。本文以淮北矿业集团为例,试图建立该企业高技能人才的系统动力学模型,从而对企业的高技能人才进行需求预测,为企业的“十二五”发展规划提供决策支持。

Abstract:

Sustained and steady development of the coal industry is inseparable from excellent skill personnel. In the skills of personnel, especially the personnel with high skill are the most important. Analysis and forest of high skill personnel is an important prerequisite for coal enterprises to implement and develop talent resources development strategy, it is also an effective way to improve personnel training efficiency. In this paper, taking Huaibei Mining Group as an example, the system dynamics model of high skill personnel is established to forecast the demand of high skilled personnel of the enterprises, so that can provide decision support for the "Twelfth Five-Year" development planning of the enterprises.
